Our Opening Act!
We are honored to have Cindy Swain from Italicana Kitchen coming in from Italy to help us open Caruccio's! For four days during our soft opening, starting August 24, she will hold classes and demos for adults, teens and youth featuring the healthy and versatile grain, farro. On Saturday August 26, Cindy will be our chef for our first community pop-up dinner!
