With cooler weather and fall approaching, enjoy a cozy wine paired 6 course Korean fusion dinner by Chef Kay Kim prepared while you watch in our elegant open kitchen.  You'll start your special evening with our signature Italian bubbly rosé and hors d'oeuvres while you mingle with friends-old and new-before being seated at our beautiful wooden community table decorated with fresh cut flowers and our stunning Italian ceramic dishware. Our special winemaker for the evening will create a perfect pairing with each course and guide you through a brief tasting. 1st Course: Korean Spring Onion Pancakes with Wild Prawns

2nd Course:  Silken Marinated Tofu with Toasted Pine nuts

3rd Course: Grilled Kimchi Fried Rice Stuffed Squid

4th Course: Seasonal Green Salad with Pickled Vegetables drizzled with Sesame Ginger Dressing

5th Course: Braised Short Ribs with Lotus Root, Chestnuts and Jujube served with Sticky Rice and Pickled Persian Cucumber

6th Course: Persimmon Ice Cream with Sesame Crisp

**Chef Bio - Chef Kay Kim is the owner of Kay Catering.  She loves to entertain, cook, and decorate... She grew up in her parents' restaurants, so couldn't help but absorb their passion for delicious food, served with love and attentive service. They taught her how a shared meal brings people together, and their passion is her passion. She enjoys cooking all types of food, but especially Pan Asian Fusion. The complex, interesting flavors from around the Pacific inspires her to create!
