He will be preparing seven courses for you from his newly launched cookbook "Phoenix Claws and Jade Trees" (which you will receive a signed copy included in your ticket price). His new book has been praised internationally, including by Saveur Magazine, NY Times, NPR, The Spendid Table, Seattle Times, and many more. Kian talks about techniques from stir-frying to smoking and clearly explains the differences in regional cuisines.
