Lisa’s Story


My inspiration for Caruccio’s stems from my love of those dear to me, our beloved community and my long-standing admiration for my grandfather, an accomplished Italian chef.  While living abroad, I rooted myself in each culture’s food scene, diving into kitchens and cooking classes.  My time in Italy and Japan especially taught me so much about what beautiful, selfless hospitality looks like.

My hope is to elevate the culinary arts by hosting events at Caruccio’s dedicated to sharing beautiful food, so I can bring hospitality and artistic cuisine together. Through every shared experience, I want to offer the same warmth, love, and care to my community that has been so graciously extended to me along the way.

Operations Manager

My fondest memories of delicious meals are the ones that have been prepared and enjoyed with loved ones; family or friends, old or new. I am thrilled to be part of Caruccio’s team, and I look forward to creating and helping facilitate many memorable culinary events for our guests.

Hospitality has always been part of my DNA. I was born and raised in the Netherlands where we pride ourselves on having cozy homes, so that anyone can drop in anytime for a cup of coffee and a treat. I studied Food and Beverage at a Hotel Management School in Switzerland where I was taught the art of Guest Service to perfection. Having worked in Europe and North America, I believe that Caruccio’s is going to leave a lasting impression; a state-of-the-art facility which will cater  delicious, creative and delightful events combined with great service.
