Caruccio's is a brand new state-of-the-art culinary event center, located just minutes between Seattle and Bellevue, Washington, on idyllic Mercer Island. Caruccio’s is inspired by a love of beautiful food, wine, film, and hospitality from all over the world.
Through hosting international and local chefs, farmers, winemakers, and cooking instructors, Caruccio's will inspire you to become a curious, adventure-seeking culinarian as a portal to international food and culture.

Come enjoy Caruccio's Weekly Wine Wednesday event...no ticket or reservation needed!
From 5:00 PM–9:00 PM our community-inspired evening features an aperitivo-style buffet on our 21-foot curved countertop at the demonstration kitchen. If you buy your wine or another beverage (minimum $15 purchase) you are invited to enjoy all chef made wine-bites, while watching our chefs at work!
